I can’t stop looking at Mitchell’s pictures. I love them. Family, you will be getting hard copies soon!

What a great run Mitch has had during his 4 years of high school wrestling! Freshman district champ, Sophomore district champ, 2nd place district as a Jr and 3rd place district as a senior. He was so close to advancing from regionals to state, but never quite made it!
We had his banquet tonight and he was awarded The team's leadership award. His coach said he could always count on Mitchell to tell him what he honestly thought. He said it was hard watching Mitch leave the mat after his last regional match! (Insert Momma tearing up)

Spencer had to work, but the rest of the crew was there.
My wrestling buddies! Yes, we talk about wrestling strategies. These are the only two ladies that I know who know what the lingo is. I'm going to miss them. Melissa (in pink) and I were friends and board members together back in the Space Raider days! Paige (middle) is coach's wife.

We had to put Beignet down today. He's had so many issues with his back, seizures, and heart worms.
Over the last couple months, he's gotten aggressive with us when we try to put him outside. He was content in his kennel all day. Today he started throwing up blood and had bloody diareah. We decided it was time to stop his suffering.
I can't tell you how much I loved that little biscuit! Our family will definitely miss him.
On the way to the Vet. He wouldn't move. He had thrown up and messed himself, hence the towel.
That sweet face.
We tried to get him to wag his tail by offering him a ball. He would barely lift his head.

We spent Tuesday doing the tourist thing in San Antonio. Joe travels so much that he is an expert when it comes to restaurant choices. We walked around the Riverwalk area and did lots of shopping.
There is a big difference traveling with older kids than it was when they were younger!
I saw these shirts at a souvenir store and begged them for this pic. They weren't enthused.
We went to eat at a fancy pizza place names Doughs. It was so fun to visit with the older boys. They are never home.
We spent today in Fredericksburg. It was awesome walking around this little German town.
